Description
It makes favorite the specified note. When successful, information about the note will be returned.

These parameters can be passed through GET or POST.
- ID: The ID of the note you want to make favorite. Example: http://yourserver/api/favorites/2/create.xml or http://yourserver/api/favorites/create/2.xml
